Movallo account deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data in the Movallo app, use one of the options below.

How to submit a deletion request

Option 1 — In the app (recommended):

  1. Open the Movallo app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon or profile).
  3. Find «Delete account».
  4. Confirm deletion as shown on screen.

Option 2 — By email:

Send an email to movalloai@gmail.com with the subject «Account deletion request» and include the email address linked to your Movallo account. After verification, we will process the deletion and confirm by email.

What data will be deleted

After processing your request we will delete all personal and account-related data, including:

Voice and audio processed during sessions are not stored long-term; after account deletion no copies of these data remain.

What data may be retained

We may retain only data required by law or to protect rights (e.g. anonymised security logs for a limited period). Such data does not contain your personal information and is not used to identify you.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. If you submitted by email we may contact you to confirm before deleting.
