By creating an account and using Movallo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use Movallo.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Movallo. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Movallo offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
All content, features, and functionality of Movallo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Movallo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to use Movallo for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users' experience, or using our services to distribute harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm our services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Movallo will immediately cease.
Movallo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of Movallo is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movallo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of Movallo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
